Antivirus software and a firewall would be my first guesses. Also make sure that your installation path is valid. If you’re in a commercial building, there may be other safety guards in the buildings firewall that might prevent this. Email is if you have any further issues.

For realtime, turn off Look Ahead.

Just use the Auto Divisi settings. The user can change those depending on how good a keyboardist they are. The longer the Auto Divisi detection windows, the messier you can play.

Check out our Auto Divisi video for Genesis. The exact same principle applies to all our divisi libraries:

Alternatively, you can also turn off Auto divisi, but all legato articulations will by monophonic (like the old standard legato libraries).

    I hope this helps.

Make sure your MIDI tracks don’t have some kind of errant CC or Key Switch or something else that is being chased that may cause this.

    I hope this helps.

Sorry for the inconvenience and any trouble.

That’s something that slipped through our initial LASS 3 update and will be address in the next update.

    Thank you for your patience.

I would just like to say that turning off the auto divisi to “fix” these issues usually indicates that the notes are being held too long. You will be throwing away all the Auto Divisi features by simply turning it off. It may be better for you to reduce the chord and release times in the Auto Divisi window.

    I hope this helps.

Also… try reducing the Chord Window and Release window to taste. You guys may be way more nimble players than me 😀

    Try 10ms, 20, ms

Use the Cog icon next to the Auto Divisi to access that window.

Better yet… check out this video starting at 3:45:

Try turning off Auto Divisi (CC30 = 0) and let me know it that get’s rid of it.

    Hi Topi,

Thanks for reaching out. I think what people are talking about is that there is a legacy LASS folder in the LASS 3 Library.

This is something that is not in LASS Lite.

    Sorry for any confusion.

Let me know if you have any more questions or if we can be of more help.

    Cheers,

    Hi bsteckler,

You might want to send us the MIDI file along with a saved patch that exhibits this kind of behavior to [email protected]. I use VE Pro (on a 2009 Mac Pro) and don’t have any issues like that.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Cheers,
