    Just out of curiosity, when it says “downloaded software” did it mean “downloadable software” ? (which would mean that once you make a purchase for a download, you cannot request a refund, regardless of having it downloaded or not)
    Or does it actually mean that if you purchased a download but you never downloaded it nor activated the license, you could request a refund?

    Hi again, Andrew! Is there a time limit for returns of downloadable software? I mean, how many days from time of purchase to request a return? Thanks in advance.
